We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must remain unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
